Coming Soon 2013 Resolutions (Abridged)

Soon to be posted as passed at the Chatham County Democratic Party Convention held in Pittsboro, NC on April 27, 2013.

We are recognized as the most politically active county in North Carolina. As the party of inclusiveness and diversity, we invite you to come join us in supporting progress in Chatham County, in North Carolina, and in our country.

We support the great Democratic candidates who believe in sound and responsible government and economic opportunity for all. Above all else, we recognize the importance of education in the support of a sound democracy. We are deeply concerned about our county, our state, our nation, and our world. We believe that there is much truth in what is so often said, “Think globally and act locally” and “All politics are local.”

We urge you to contact us and get involved. Our party is made up of many people from all walks of life and from all corners of our county who agree that it is time to participate as never before.
