Chatham County Democratic Women (CCDW)

• Sponsor programs with outstanding speakers such as NC House Minority Whip Larry Hall and Representative David Price
• Have a dozen active committees working on important issues like voter access (the threat of ID’s), voter registration, and support for Democratic candidates
• Conduct voter registration drives in our county high schools and community college and take our registration booth to locations all over the county
• Actively participate in all aspects of political life in our county and closely monitor the Board of Commissioners
• Are part of the North Carolina Democratic Women 

You will find linked a copy of our latest newsletter. I hope you will be impressed by its style and content and by what we are trying to accomplish. Please consider joining us. The more members we have, the more we can accomplish. If you have a lot of time, we want you! If you only have a little time once in a while, we have small jobs for you! If you can only support us by attending programs that interest you, please do that. But, please join. We want and need you in CCDW.

Dues are $15/year. Checks should be made payable to “CCDW” and sent to our PO Box 1791, Pittsboro, NC 27312. Even better, come to one of our meetings and join there.
